Place an Order

Please fill in all fields below and submit at "Send Order". Once the order is received we will count the number of pages it contains and email you a quote for copying and shipping costs (if applicable). You will then approve the order by emailing, faxing or calling us with your credit card number (Visa and MasterCard only) or by sending a check or money order to Kaua‘i Historical Society P.O. Box 1778, Lihue, HI 96766. Your order will be shipped out 5-7 working days after payment is received.

Pricing

• Photocopies - 50 cents per page
• Photos on CD - $40 per CD with one photo; $5 for each additional image on same CD
• Photo Fee - $2 each printed on plain paper; $4 each printed on photo quality paper; Archive quality prints available upon request
• Shipping/Handling - $5 for up to 50 sheets on regular paper; Quotes available for larger orders
